Peace and Serenity!

We enjoy the sunny Hawkes Bay on a ten acre lifestyle block close to Hastings. Our home is warm and sunny, with two living areas, four bedrooms, the main bedroom with an ensuite. Our road is a very quiet dead end, safe to walk the dog or ride a horse.

We enjoy a large in ground salt water pool in the summer months, with many balmy nights spent having a BBQ with friends. The house is private from the road, and surrounded by established trees, many fruit and nut trees and a large vegetable garden (help yourself!).

You can keep cosy in the winter with a wood burner, and two heat pumps. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, and dining can be enjoyed inside or outside.

We look over 17 paddocks of which some are rented for horse grazing. Around four friendly horse owners come and tend to their horses most days, but drive down a race separate from the main gate.

The Bridge Pa triangle of wineries is right on our doorstep, grab a bike and ride the cycle paths around the many award winning wineries.

We have three sheep, four chooks (help yourself to eggs), a cat, and two dogs, an eight year old lab/boxer cross and a two year old lab/golden retriever cross. The dog and cats would need to be fed.

Hastings is an 8 min drive away, and Napier 15 minutes.

So much to do here!……..Vineyard tours, Redwood forest, Art deco, Ocean Spa hot pools, Te Mata peak, Marine parade, Cycle pathways, National aquarium, Arataki honey centre, Splash planet, Gorgeous cafés, Black barn market and open air theatre, Cape kidnappers (gannets), NZ oldest Farmers market, Horse of the Year, are some off the top of my head!

We do have a lovely friendly tenant, who lives in a flat on the property, separate and private from the house.
