3 bed home in Snell’s Beach near Warkworth and Matakana. Our home is special for it’s location. I moved here when I fell in love with the location about 6 years ago, my husband has lived here for 20 years. We have around 27 beaches within a short distance, but don’t tell any Aucklanders please! Our home used to be a bach many years ago, and was added onto over the last 30 years. We have a very good size garden, with 3 different outdoor spaces to escape too. We have a large living room, and good sized bedrooms. We have two showers and one bath. Our stove top uses gas, and we have a BBQ. We have a car and boat port and plenty of room for off-street parking.
***The key selling point for our house swap is that we can swap at any time of the year, week, month; we are not restricted to weekends!***
