The house is on an elevated section, with rural views that have to be seen to be believed. Imagine sitting on the deck watching the sun set behind the hills every evening, with the knowledge it’ll rise over the water in time for a walk along the beach the next morning.

After that, you might feel like a swim or to simply lie in the sand, checking out the vibe at the surf club, grabbing a coffee or something stronger at one of the many great cafes and bars, having a run around at the park or the primary school with the kids, taking the walking path to the secluded beauty of Orakawa Beach or creating your own adventure.

Mind you, there’s no need to leave the property at all.

There are sizeable grassed sections on both sides of the house, a massive 58′ TV with SKY TV,DVD and Surround Sound system, spa pool (from which TV can be viewed), BBQ, outdoor furniture & beanbags, fast WiFi, a large deck and lounge area for socialising, a hotel-style bathroom and even a fire for those rare cold nights

There is room to park the boat, a pair of bikes + helmets to explore the wider area, plenty of tent space on the property, gym equipment, dart board, board games and enough books to get you through a whole week on the beach.

We are more than happy to accommodate pets (outdoor only). A cot and/or crib are also available on request.

This property would be ideal for a family that wants to share the magic of an NZ beach holiday together, with the space to roam around together but also let the kids have their space in the sleepout at night while the adults unwind upstairs.
