Set over 2 levels, there is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy their privacy. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor as well as a lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining room and children’s playroom.

On this level, there is also access to the garden and swimming pool. The pool is gated and secure. We have a large garden that wraps around the house. Outdoor furniture for those evenings when you can sit out and watch the sun set whilst listening to the birds and watching the children play.

Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as access to the laundry. You can also access the garden from this floor.

Though located in a suburban neighbourhood, the plot is very well screened with trees and is very private.

We also have a 7 seater car with 3 car seats that can be included in the swap if we are away.

We are very close to Browns Bay beach which is a quick 10 minute walk. You will also find shops, lots of restaurants, cafes and 2 major supermarkets a 10 minute walk away. There are good transport links to Auckland city from nearby.
