10 acre Auckland Rural property with it’s own pine forest for you to wander or ride through.

3brm, 2 bathroom home with family room, dining, formal lounge (sun-room/study). Also have a sleep out that can have a queen size bed and bunks, own lounge and kitchen with external toilet and shower. Could be used for two families!

This is our family home and we love it so we expect you to show the same love 🙂

Two horses available to be ridden for experienced horse riders and get your fresh eggs for breakfast from our chooks! The house also comes with our resident cat with it’s own self feeder, so if you are bringing your dog it MUST be cat friendly! We would appreciate if you could ensure she has food and water and throwing the chickens your scraps and pellets will ensure eggs for breakfast!

20 minute drive to some fabulous east coast beaches, and Hunua falls is only about 5 min away, we can even give you directions to our secret swimming hole! Alternatively take a 30m drive out to Waiti beach, past Kawakawa bay – simply gorjus!

30 minute drive to shopping malls such as Botany, manukau and even dress smart outlet shops should you wish to get in some shopping! Great local coffee or hit the clevedon markets. Papakura train station is only a 15min drive. Some local attractions are Rainbows end, butterfly creek, manukau miniature steam engines. Lovely local bush walks, clevedon reserve and hunua ranges. There are local glow worm caves – it’s a great base for getting out and exploring auckland without all the hustle and bustle of the city!

The property is set up for kids ages 3-10, we have a lovely playground and trampoline.
